Who are we?

From our humble beginnings as JBs Bike Tech in the garage of Jason's home focussed on repairs, servicing and custom build work. We spent several years doing the store thing, but now we are back to simply doing what we love - Working on and building custom bikes!!

Now going by the name of "JBs Bikes", we  thrive on providing first class customer service - after all, the customer is the reason we exist! From that basic repair, to ordering a new bike, having us build the bike you purchased, right through to custom builds and everything in between. We apply our decades of bicycle knowledge to everything we do, and we are more than happy to share that with you, the customer.

 From the moment you call or walk in the door we will greet you in a friendly manner and will provide an open, honest and detailed discussion around your bicycle needs. From road bikes to gravel bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes to family bikes, our team of local staff have decades of knowledge and experience we love to pass on. We love to fix broken bikes, service them, as well as create that custom bike that is something unique and special. There is also nothing we find more satisfying than customers getting to experience their very own  "NEW BIKE DAY!!"
